Equipment Technician 

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the Construction and Agriculture Industry.

We are currently looking to Equipment Technicians at our Sioux Falls site.

 An Equipment Service Technician must be able to:

Diagnose and repair equipment including compactors, excavators, loaders and other heavy construction equipment

Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed

Communicate job progress to supervisor 

Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records

Qualifications:

Two year technical degree and/or equivalent job experience in the diesel/equipment field.

Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems.

Previous experience working on Volvo equipment is a plus, but not required.

Excellent diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills.

Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Computer, written and verbal communication skills.

Starting Wage up to $40.00 DOE and up to $5000.00 sign on bonus.
