Astec's Peterson 5710D Horizontal Grinder is a tracked horizontal grinder designed for high-volume producers with very demanding end-product specifications.

At 88,500 pounds (40,150 kg)*, the 5710D is designed for operations requiring high production and frequent moves between jobs. With a feed opening of 60 x 40 inches (152 x 102 cm) combined with Peterson’s high lift feed roll, 5710D Horizontal Grinder can readily reduce a wide range of material including stumps.
